Perth Nightlife

The city of Perth in Western Australia is full of activities and attractions, with plenty for everyone. But the fun doesn't stop once the sun sets. With more eating establishments and restaurants in Perth than in any other city in Australia, there are also plenty of night spots to match!

A number of Perth nighclubs are scattered throughout the suburbs, but the majority of them can be found in Northbridge, just outside of the city. Northbridge is around four blocks long and four blocks wide. In this area you can find over 100 restaurants and eateries, 10 Perth pubs and 20 nightclubs. This vibrant precinct is busiest from Thursday night through to Sunday night.

Many of the locals enjoy the traditional Sunday Sessions, where they enjoy live music and a few drinks with friends. These sessions have been popular for decades and are a great way to wind down at the end of a busy weekend. Many sessions take place in outdoor areas known as beer gardens, allowing you to soak up some of the glorious Perth weather.

Both of these magazines are free and available each week at most music stores, newsagents and pubs.
